Join a leading e-commerce brand as a Mobile Team Lead and play a critical role in shaping and driving mobile strategy.

The Role You Could Play:

  • Lead the mobile development team and guide them in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and secure mobile applications.

Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Leadership: Lead cross-platform mobile development teams, driving innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.
  2. Application Development: Architect and deliver high-quality React Native applications with emphasis on performance, security (OAuth, JWT, biometric), and responsive UI/UX.
  3. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with product managers, UX/UI designers, and business analysts to build and enhance the mobile app ecosystem.
  4. Code Governance: Oversee code reviews, documentation standards, project risk forecasting, and adherence to platform guidelines (App Store/Google Play).

What We're Looking For:

  • 8+ years experience in mobile development leadership roles.
  • 3+ years leading high-performing teams in fast-paced, product-driven environments.

Desirable Skills:

  • Advanced expertise in React Native.
  • Hands-on experience managing native modules and performance tuning.
  • Strong understanding of native iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) development for bridging and optimisation.
