Job Overview

The Business Management Lead position is responsible for overseeing key activities to support the Executive Leadership Team.

This role will contribute to delivering on strategic priorities and help maintain the integrity of the financial system.

The Digital, Data & Technology group drives transformational change and delivers core technology services across various teams.

The Business Management Lead partners with other teams to ensure efficient operations and ongoing business improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating monthly meetings and quarterly townhalls, including presentation pack preparation.
  • Managing internal communications across platforms.
  • Leading reviews and emergency planning; acting as liaison with relevant teams.
  • Driving initiatives and working groups.
  • Supporting networks through meeting coordination and content contribution.
  • Assisting with business planning, stakeholder engagement, and progress reporting.
  • Leading business improvement initiatives and enhancing work practices.
  • Ensuring smooth operations and leveraging digital tools.
  • Overseeing governance reviews and maintaining up-to-date policies.
  • Coordinating privacy activities and acting as champion when needed.
  • Supporting procurement processes in line with requirements.
Requirements

You will ideally have the following skills and experience:

  • Relevant qualifications or certifications.
  • Advanced organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong customer service and stakeholder management experience.
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Effective communication and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated strong business writing skills.
  • Experience implementing projects or initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent judgement and ability to drive work independently.
  • Understanding of regulatory context.
