We're looking for a forward-thinking Continuous Improvement & Quality Assurance Specialist to join the Customer Experience team - helping raise the bar on customer experience, operational efficiency, performance, and service excellence across the enterprise.
What You'll Be Doing
- Drive and support enterprise-wide improvement initiatives
- Develop and embed quality assurance frameworks to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
- Use customer insights, data and technology trends to guide service innovation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver targeted improvements across key touchpoints.
- Coach and support teams to build capability and improve service performance.
- Promote customer-centric design thinking and co-design improvements with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the tracking and measurement of initiatives on CSAT, efficiency, and financial outcomes.
You're a strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset and a passion for driving meaningful change. You will also bring:
- 5+ years' experience in continuous improvement, quality assurance, or customer experience roles.
- Proven ability to lead change, deliver innovation, and improve customer and business outcomes.
- Strong coaching, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Experience in project/change management, service design, or facilitation (qualifications a bonus).
- Comfortable navigating digital transformation and leveraging tech to enhance service.
- Knowledge of the utilities sector or regulated environments is desirable.
