Student Systems Expertise

This is a unique opportunity to develop and maintain expert knowledge of student systems and processes to support business areas.

  • Support business improvement initiatives by developing expert knowledge of student systems and processes.

As a key member of the team, you will work closely with business areas to develop a deep understanding of systems and academic administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain expertise in student systems and business processes.
  • Provide advice and guidance to business areas on system use and business processes.
  • Identify opportunities for business process improvements.
  • Deliver training and presentations to stakeholders and negotiate resolution of issues.
  • Research, prototype, and test changes to system functionality.
Requirements
  • A degree from a recognised higher education institution or equivalent level of expertise.
  • Ability to organise and plan business analysis activities.
  • Experience in researching, prototyping, and testing system changes.
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to produce documentation.
  • Liaising and negotiating skills to achieve agreement on consistent processes and practices.
Benefits

This role offers a total remuneration package comprising base salary plus superannuation.

The role offers a competitive salary and benefits package within the range of $101,821 to $111,917.
