About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Quality Improvement Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will lead and implement quality, safety, and improvement programs across Hospitals South, aligned with national best practices.
The role requires strong leadership skills, with experience in managing complex teams and projects. You will also have expertise in quality improvement methodologies, accreditation processes, and industry safety standards.
You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to drive improvements in patient care and outcomes. Your passion for delivering high-quality services will be key to achieving our organization's goals.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives, designing and implementing holistic solutions.
- Provide strategic direction and guidance on quality, safety, and risk management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement policy, procedures, and guidelines.
- Maintain a positive workplace culture, promoting respect, inclusion, and teamwork.
- Clinical registration and/or health service management experience.
- Extensive experience managing and leading complex teams.
- Experience and/or certification in Quality Improvement and/or Accreditation.
- Relevant professional qualifications aligned with industry safety standards.
- Current Driver's Licence.
