
Key Performance Improvement Specialist

This role is part of the Department for Education, Children and Young People, which focuses on improving the lives of children and young people in Tasmania.
The Key Performance Improvement Specialist will provide professional support to optimise productivity within the Office of the Deputy Secretary or relevant business unit.
- Maintain and improve systems and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience working in a similar role. They should also be able to work independently and as part of a team.
This fixed-term position requires a minimum of 73.5 hours per fortnight, with the successful applicant needing to obtain a Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (Registration Status – Employment).
