We currently have a unique opportunity for a Reporting and Governance Coordinator to join the Lendlease Investments business, working closely with the Investments Senior Leadership team and the broader key stakeholders to manage all reporting activities across the Investments platform and provide administrative support to the business.

As an integral part of our Investment Management business, your accountabilities will include but not be limited to:
- Organisation of, and attendance at relevant governance forums and committee meetings.- Assist in the coordination and collation of papers for governance meetings. This includes the distribution of papers, agendas, maintaining the appropriate filing of papers, distribution of minutes and actions.- Supporting the efficient functioning and running of relevant governance and committee meetings, including the management of calendars, workplans, meeting arrangements and logistics.- Maintaining and updating relevant committee charters and templates.- Implementation of efficiency and continuous improvements initiatives to enhance governance and reporting deliverables.- Assist the broader IM business with compliance to its requirements under the various agreements with which it operates.- Collate dashboard and analytical information as required for use in meetings, working sessions and Forums.- Liaise and coordinate with administrators on maintaining the LLIMA and International IM Operations Hubs.

To see success, you will bring:
- Relevant experience in a corporate administration or business operations role such as an Executive Assistant, Paralegal or a Leader in Process Management.- Experience in core business analysis activities - stakeholder management, requirements gathering, process mapping.- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills including the ability to build strong relationships.- Excellent attention to detail and be able to work comfortably within a busy team environment.- Solid understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to pick up new systems.- An autonomous, pro-active and positive 'can do' approach.- Curious and challenging to current systems and their improvement for the benefit of the overall business.
