Highly Motivated Support Officer for Participant Engagement

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our State/Territory-based Service Delivery team as an APS3 Level Participant Support Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to participants and stakeholders, ensuring a welcoming experience through initial contact and support.
- Support participants attending in-person appointments by ensuring efficient and effective interactions.
- Resolve straightforward enquiries using provided resources and guidance while maintaining accurate records.
- Manage email inboxes, calendars, and appointment scheduling to meet deadlines and maintain productivity.
- Process delegate tasks, provide administrative support, and adhere to relevant operational guidelines.
- Coordinate internal meetings, take minutes, and maintain records and data for seamless collaboration.
- Assist with travel arrangements, invoice processing, and respond to requests in a timely manner.
- Work collaboratively within a supportive team environment, offering peer assistance where needed to achieve shared goals.
About You:
To excel in this role, you will possess strong communication skills, providing clear and concise advice to various stakeholders. Your excellent customer service focus will enable you to deliver professional support to participants while handling high volumes of enquiries effectively.
You will have attention to detail, experienced in managing email inboxes, scheduling, and processing administrative tasks accurately. Additionally, you will be able to prioritize tasks, manage your workload within deadlines, and collaborate effectively with peers in a fast-paced environment.
