Disputes Investigator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Disputes Investigator to join our Integrated Business Solutions (IBS) team at Team Global Express. As a Disputes Investigator, you will play a critical role in resolving invoice discrepancies and claims within our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and claims in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Analyze data and documentation to identify the root causes of disputes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve upstream processes and prevent future disputes.
  • Process credit adjustments in line with company policy.
  • Provide insights to help reduce recurring issues and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate and resolve complex disputes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with stakeholders and resolve disputes.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in investigations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive results.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and ethical practices in dispute resolution.
Desirable Experience:
  • Experience in logistics operations, dispute resolution, customer service, or sales.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in dispute management.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and communication tools.
  • A customer-focused approach to maintaining satisfaction during dispute resolution.
