High Impact Family Support Specialist

The role of the High Impact Family Support Specialist is to deliver targeted support and assistance to families in need, focusing on those at risk or presenting with complex issues.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain an active caseload and develop assessments and case plans that address family needs.
- Provide one-to-one intervention based on individualized assessments and create a supportive environment for positive change.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to leverage resources and services that benefit the family.
Key Qualifications:
- Degree in Social Work or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with high-risk families.
- Strong assessment and intervention skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
