Job Title: Coordinator - Intensive Family Support Service

Embark on a rewarding role in partnership with a leading Western Australian organisation, where you will lead a team to support individuals navigate complex systems, overcome barriers and improve overall well-being.

As a decision-maker within the program's day-to-day delivery, you will ensure service users are supported through trauma-informed practice, person-centred and strengths-based strategies.

This part-time permanent role (0.8FTE) is based in Geraldton and commences mid to end of October.

You will also guide incident management, ensure effective triage processes and facilitate regular supervision. As a leader, you will provide ongoing coaching and support, driving a values-based culture.

About You:

  • Passion for working with high-risk children and families, along with ability to lead and support a team delivering high-quality client-focused services.
  • In addition, you should possess:
  • Relevant bachelor's degree
  • Demonstrated specialist knowledge and experience in trauma-informed practice
  • Experience coaching, mentoring and developing a team ideally in a multidisciplinary service
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence and liaise in an informative and positive manner
  • Experience in service coordination and team leadership with focus on building a strong team culture
  • Driver's License
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
