Family Support Specialist

This role involves working closely with families and children who are at risk or experiencing complex issues. You will provide individualized support, develop and monitor case plans, and establish connections with relevant support services.
The ideal candidate is committed to delivering high-quality support and has experience working with diverse cultures and communities. They possess excellent interpersonal skills and can work independently.
You will have:
- Qualifications within the community services sector (preferred but not required)
- Experience delivering evidence-based interventions and case work
- Strong administrative and documentation skills
- Ability to be flexible and innovative
This is a part-time permanent position based at Geraldton service in partnership with Bundiyarra. The role is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact in the community.
