About the RoleIn partnership with Bundiyarra, you will be responsible for the overall decision making within the program's day-to-day delivery. Your expertise in trauma-informed practice and person-centred strategies will ensure that service users receive tailored support to improve their well-being.
- Lead a team to deliver high-quality, client-focused services, promoting a values-based culture.
- Support incident management, ensuring effective triage processes and facilitating regular supervision.
- Develop coaching and mentoring skills to drive team performance and success.

Required Skills and Qualifications- Relevant bachelor's degree preferred
- Demonstrated specialist knowledge and experience in trauma-informed practice
- Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing a team ideally in a multidisciplinary service
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and liaise in an informative and positive manner
- Experience in service coordination and team leadership, focusing on building a strong team culture
- Drivers Licence
- Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
