About the role

In this new and exciting role in partnership with Bundiyarra,you'll be guiding a team to support individuals to navigatecomplex systems, overcome barriers and work towards improving theiroverall well-being. You'll be responsible for the overalldecision making within the programs day to day delivery and ensurethat service users are supported through trauma informed practicealong with person-centred and strengths-based strategies. Theposition will commence mid to end of October and is a part timepermanent role (.80FTE) based in Geraldton.

You'll also support and guide incident management, ensureeffective triage processes and facilitate and record regularsupervision. Leading a team, you'll provide ongoing coachingand support, driving a values-based culture.

About you

You'll have a passion for working with high-risk childrenand families, along with the ability to lead and support a team indelivering high-quality, client-focused services.

In addition, you will also possess:

• Relevant bachelor's degree is preferred
• Demonstrated specialist knowledge and experience in traumainformed practice
• Experience coaching, mentoring and developing a teamideally in a multidisciplinary service
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influenceand liaise in an informative and positive manner
• Experience in service coordination and team leadership withthe focus in building a strong team culture
• Drivers Licence
• Working with Children Check (WWCC)
• National Police Clearance (obtained within the last sixmonths)
