Job Description

We are seeking an experienced environmental professional to join our team as a Sustainability Specialist.

The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing and managing our environmental management plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

Responsibilities include monitoring and reporting on environmental performance metrics, conducting site inspections and audits, and preparing compliance documentation for submission to relevant authorities.

Additionally, the Sustainability Specialist will advise on environmental policies and procedures, support initiatives that enhance environmental impact and community engagement, and liaise with stakeholders to address concerns and explore opportunities for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A relevant qualification in environmental science, environmental management, or a related field.
  • Experience in environmental compliance within the energy and natural resources industry.
  • Strong understanding of environmental regulations and best practices.
  • Proficiency in preparing reports and managing environmental data.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
