Group Facilitation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Group Facilitation Specialist to lead group therapy sessions across our programs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Foster therapeutic relationships with clients and promote positive behavioral change through CBT, DBT, and ACT techniques.
  • Design and deliver psychoeducation and skills training programs in group settings.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support care planning and program development.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in Counselling, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Full registration with AHPRA, PACFA, or ACA.
  • At least 2 years of experience facilitating group therapy.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based frameworks, including CBT, DBT, and ACT.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
