The Therapeutic Franchise Head role involves leading the development of business proposals and overseeing the delivery of clinical trials within a specific therapeutic area. This position requires strategic thinking, leadership skills, and experience in global clinical research.

About the Role

This is an innovative opportunity to create and implement delivery strategies for Early and Late Phase studies or programs, leveraging expertise and capabilities in the therapeutic area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create effective delivery strategies addressing client needs and challenges.
  • Develop training materials and resources to support project leads regionally and globally.
  • Act as project champion guiding delivery teams to implement sold strategies and advise on adjustments as progress indicates.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in a related science or healthcare discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of global clinical research experience with hands-on operational project delivery and/or drug development experience.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong leadership, ability to work with minimal supervision, and experience leading a virtual team in a matrix organization.
