Technical Solutions Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Solutions Consultant to join our team. This role will focus on delivering tailored technical solutions for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).

  • This includes translating client requirements into CE configurations and customisations.
  • The successful candidate will lead project planning with attention to risk mitigation specific to CE deployments.
  • They will support pre-sales efforts with in-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE.
  • Developing strong relationships to drive user adoption and satisfaction is also key.

This position involves leveraging and developing intellectual property within the Dynamics 365 CE ecosystem.

  • The ideal candidate will keep current with advancements in AI-powered features, such as Copilot and agentic solutions directly relevant to CE.
  • Expertise in Dynamics 365 CE, AI integration, and a proven track record in end-to-end CE implementations are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Solution Delivery: Translate client requirements into CE configurations and customisations.
  2. Project Planning: Lead project planning with attention to risk mitigation specific to CE deployments.
  3. Premises Sales Support: Support pre-sales efforts with in-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE.
  4. User Adoption: Develop strong relationships to drive user adoption and satisfaction.
