Job Summary

The Administration Officer plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless and efficient regional training delivery by providing centralized administrative functions.

  • Diligently enter and review accredited course data, ensuring accuracy of student records, completions, and certification documentation
  • Skillfully manage enrolment-related processes, including quality assurance checks, trainer-to-delivery mapping, withdrawals, and invoicing
  • Prepare and submit accurate data and funding reports, identifying and correcting discrepancies
  • Effectively set up courses in the learning management system and support trainers/managers with administrative requirements
  • Provide compliance support during audits and regular reporting cycles
