About the role:
We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Training Support Coordinator to support our team in delivering product training in-house and to external partners. Reporting to the Training & Product Development Manager the ideal candidate will have a strong passion for training, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to thrive in a demanding environment.
What you will need to do:
- Deliver presentations and facilitate training to internal staff and external agencies
- Product delivery of feature level demonstrations to the team and other stakeholders
- Develop and execute internal and external training events (in person, virtual)
- Sample ordering and presentation.
- Assist with the planning of product launches.
- Develop new courses.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve training efforts.
About you:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a training role
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills coupled with the ability to build successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven experience delivering in-house, virtual and offsite training.
- Have a natural aptitude for training, including developing training plans, training documentation and monitoring and achieving compliance targets.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Applications including Excel, Word, Outlook
- Experience with Articulate 360 SCORM highly desirable
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and respond to changing needs.
- Energetic and thrives in a team environment, yet comfortable working autonomously.
