About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Disposal Coordinator to join our Regional Head office in Wangara. We are a fun, diverse workplace and in this role no two days are ever the same Responsible for the management of the administrative requirements of the assets disposal process across our WA business this is a busy role which will see you as being an integral part of ensuring that the strategic asset management plan is met.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the completion of asset condition reports and photo sets in line with Policies and Procedures for the timely sale of assets.
  • Manage auction suppliers in WA, having assets ready for scheduled auctions, ensuring all asset details are true and correct for the auction lots submitted.
  • Submission of auction/local and international sale details to National Finance for processing of asset sales.
  • Follow up of assets not collected from asset sales, coordinate with Auction Supplier for collection/abandonment of assets and reschedule for auction. Arrange for local customer sales to be collected.
  • Creation of asset release documentation for local/international sales.
  • Liaise with relevant departments to ensure assets are available to sell.
  • Assist in transport activities for equipment collection and delivery, Offsite Relocation, Auction and Export of Assets logistics.
  • Action exception reports and rejected invoices to ensure month end procedures are followed and completed.
Skills And Experience
  • Exceptional customer service, communication and relationship building skills
  • Strong organisation, prioritisation and administrative skills
  • Ability to successfully manage competing objectives, multi task and be flexible
  • Sound computer and system skills
  • Previous experience in an administrative, rental, sales, or service role
