About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual with a proven background in planning and scheduling to join our team at Konecranes. As a Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of our services to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, prioritize, and schedule planned work to ensure timely completion and optimal resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with Field Supervisors and Service Managers to plan and execute unplanned breakdown work.
  • Arrange and order sub-contracted goods, services, and equipment as required.
  • Capture and control job-related costs through accurate tracking and invoicing.
  • Effectively communicate planning processes and timelines to customers, operatives, and subcontractors.
  • Track and receive material orders to facilitate timely delivery of orderbook components.

Requirements and Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers, suppliers, and team members.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Safety-conscious mindset and adherence to company procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan jobs and develop work scopes.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills with experience working with the Office 365 Suite of products.
