Role Overview
As a Trade Counter Representative, your daily responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks, including delivering products to vital service clients, managing order picking and packing, and offering outstanding customer service at the trade counter. Each day presents new challenges and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitating retail trade sales and generating customer quotes at the counter
- Engaging in pick packing, inventory management, and stock control tasks
- Conducting stock replenishment and participating in stocktake cycle counts
Candidate Profile
- Experience in customer service roles
- Strong computer and system proficiency
- A collaborative team member with a keen focus on safety
- Possession of a clean full driver's license; forklift license is advantageous but not mandatory
