Role Overview
As a Trade Counter Support Specialist, your daily responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks. You will be involved in delivering products to our key service clients, managing order picking and packing, and ensuring outstanding service at the trade counter. Each day will present new challenges and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitating retail trade sales and preparing customer quotes at the counter
- Engaging in pick packing, inventory management, and stock control tasks
- Conducting stock replenishment and participating in stocktake cycles
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience in customer service
- Strong computer and system proficiency
- A collaborative team member with a keen focus on safety
- Possession of a clean full driver's license; forklift license is advantageous but not mandatory
