Job Title: Manager Operations

At Equity Trustees, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager Operations to join our team. As a key member of our Corporate Trustee Services (CTS) team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of operational changes throughout a fund's lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage key processes of product change, including terminations, fund mergers, and transitions.
  • Support reporting requirements and assist with systems implementation.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to product changes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Identify and address compliance risks and issues.
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality client service and maintain up-to-date knowledge of CTS clients, products, and services.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the team.
Requirements:
  • Experience in the investment/funds management industry
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and problem solve
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, or a similar field
  • Proven understanding of financial markets and the funds management industry
