Job Title:

Production Officer

  • Job Summary:
  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Officer to support daily production activities at our site. This role involves data entry, quality and safety compliance support, document control, and cross-functional collaboration with the site and shared services teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure all activities comply with HACCP and Quality Management System (QMS).
  2. Support quality audits and record keeping requirements.
  3. Assist in maintaining site accreditation and quality documentation.
  4. Conduct internal audits on systems such as LinkSafe, ChemAlert, FeedTrack, and Guardian.
  5. Provide ad hoc support to the Production team on projects and initiatives.
  6. Fulfill any additional responsibilities assigned by Management or delegated authority.
  7. Engage in personal development, relevant training, and site meetings.

Requirements:

  • Experience in an office or administrative environment is mandatory.
  • Solid understanding of general accounting and administration principles is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are necessary.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently are required.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience using Dayforce training systems is desirable.
  • Experience creating and managing SOPs is desirable.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems like D365 is desirable.
  • Exposure to manufacturing or FMCG environments is desirable.
