Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to oversee the production operations of multiple concrete plants.

The successful candidate will work closely with our fleet team to ensure seamless delivery coordination, reporting directly to the Queensland Operations Manager.

This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team of plant managers, supervisors, and drivers to achieve operational goals and meet site requirements.
