The role
We are currently seeking a full-time
Concrete Production Manager
to join our team at our Narangba site. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production operations of seven concrete plants while working closely with our fleet team to ensure seamless delivery coordination.

Reporting to the Queensland Operations Manager, you will be accountable for meeting operational goals, site requirements, and ensuring that all plants and equipment run efficiently, cost-effectively, and safely, with minimal environmental impact. A key part of this role is maintaining full compliance with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong safety, health, and environmental standards across all operations
  • Lead, support, and mentor a team of plant managers, supervisors, and drivers
  • Oversee and manage the profit & loss budget to ensure financial performance
  • Coordinate maintenance of plants and vehicles to maximise efficiency and reliability
  • Drive high standards of customer service and satisfaction
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance and operational improvement plans
  • Contribute to the strategic growth and development of the business

What You Will Need To Succeed

  • Proven experience in concrete plant management or related industry experience (highly regarded)
  • Strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental best practices
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain a collaborative and supportive team culture
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to adapt to various systems and tools
