Customer Experience Specialist | Casual Opportunity

We are seeking skilled Customer Experience Specialists to support our team across a festive season period. As part of our sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by engaging with customers, guiding them to relevant products, and providing personalized assistance.


You will be working closely with the store team to ensure seamless customer interactions, process sales, and maintain stock levels. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic retail environment while making a positive impact on our customers' experiences.


What You Will Be Responsible For:
  • Delivering exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, identifying their needs, and providing personalized solutions
  • Working closely with the store team to ensure seamless customer interactions and efficient sales processing
  • Maintaining accurate stock levels and ensuring a well-presented store environment

Requirements:
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • No prior retail experience necessary, but a customer-facing role or experience in a similar environment is preferred
  • An interest in developing product knowledge and staying up-to-date with industry trends
  • Flexible and open availability throughout October – February, with full availability required during peak periods (24th November – 24th December, 26th December)
