Job Title

A highly skilled professional is sought after to manage compliance risks across the financial services industry.

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary degree qualification in law, commerce, economics, finance or a related field and minimum of 2 years' experience in a Compliance-based position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage compliance risks across the firm including AML / CTF, AFSL, ACL, CAANZ etc.
  • Provide training and support on risk & compliance matters
  • Monitor incidents, breaches and complaints, and embed controls in collaboration with the Executive Team
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards
  • Offer guidance on legislative and regulatory changes that impact the company's compliance obligations
  • Review and approve marketing materials and other external communications to ensure legal and regulatory compliance
Requirements:
  • Tertiary degree qualifications in law, commerce, economics, finance or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Compliance-based position in the financial services industry
  • Experience with AML/CTF, AFSL and ACL licensing requirements, highly regarded
  • Experience with working with ASIC, highly regarded
