Insurance Advisor Role

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Advisor to join our organisation. As a proactive sales professional, you will be responsible for growing a portfolio of clients and providing high-level service.

  • Manage existing client relationships and provide exceptional customer care
  • Identify areas for growth within the portfolio and external business development opportunities
  • Market our Group's brands and products
  • Claims management and liaison with key stakeholders
  • Business retention and growth
  • Provide technical life and risk solutions to clients

About You:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as an Insurance Adviser/Specialist
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Life insurance market
  • Strong product knowledge and personal skills
  • Highly professional with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail supported by a solid technical background
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and provide outstanding service
  • Strong compliance and sales experience
  • Team player with tertiary qualification - FASEA Qualified
