We are seeking a Risk, Quality and Compliance professional to drive a strong risk culture and oversee internal processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Manage compliance risks across the firm including AML / CTF, AFSL, ACL, CAANZ etc.
Provide training and support on risk & compliance matters.
Monitor incidents, breaches and complaints, and embed controls in collaboration with the Executive Team.
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
Offer guidance on legislative and regulatory changes that impact the company's compliance obligations.
Review and approve marketing materials and other external communications to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
Tertiary degree qualifications in law, commerce, economics, finance or related field.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Compliance-based position in the financial services industry.
Experience with AML/CTF, AFSL and ACL licensing requirements, highly regarded.
Experience with working with ASIC, highly regarded.
