Client Experience Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our Client Care Center team as a Manager for a 12-month period.
The Client Care Center is an internal team that collaborates cross-functionally with various departments and locations to ensure a seamless client experience.
This role is accountable for the daily performance of the Client Care Center, ensuring operational excellence and coaching a high-performing team to achieve sales & service targets.
- Develop a strong multimodal business to deliver annual sales plans and service KPIs.
- Provide coaching and leadership to a high-performing team, motivating them to provide exceptional client service.
- Identify opportunities to improve business performance, create personalized services, and drive new revenue growth.
- Plan, review, and analyze business needs, productivity, and KPIs to provide insights and create work plans that meet evolving client needs.
- Develop strong cross-functional relationships in a fast-paced environment.
