About this role:

The Client Success team is built on a Client for Life Philosophy, ensuring every client receives value far exceeding their investment. Associates seek to understand and surface clients' business priorities, break down challenges, and identify effective ways to support clients in making the right decisions for their business.

They are responsible for onboarding clients, proving the concept of Gartner services, and stimulating client engagement of products used by large client teams.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Build, develop, and manage relationships with various clients, ranging from senior C-levels to junior client professionals across various business functions, ensuring they are successful in utilizing their Gartner subscription, resulting in customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

  2. Introduce Gartner services and capabilities to new clients and communicate value to decision makers.

  3. Facilitate client calls, understand client priorities, and recommend a program of action that drives high value and return on investment on their Gartner membership.

  4. Collaborate with internal partners to overcome obstacles and maximize the value delivered to clients.

  5. Conduct regular reviews of client performance and key client engagement metrics.

Requirements

  1. 3-5 years relevant professional experience.

  2. A proven track record of success fueled by a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

  3. Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills.

  4. Bachelor's degree preferred.
