Highly Motivated Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our Brisbane office. This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including telephone, email, and online chat. They will also process and enter customer orders, provide product information, and resolve any issues that may arise.
To be considered for this position, applicants must have at least one year of experience in a customer-focused environment, with excellent time management and organizational skills. A high level of communication, computer, and administration skills is also essential, as is the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
