Executive Assistant

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual looking for a challenging role in hospital administration? We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our General Manager and Director of Nursing.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience in an Executive Assistant role, with a strong background in business administration and IT systems. You will be responsible for providing organizational and administrative support, including diary management, communication coordination, and human resources tasks.
As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting a dynamic and rewarding role. You will be highly competent in managing complex and frequently changing schedules, building strong relationships, and managing sensitive information in a confidential manner.
Nepean Private Hospital is a modern 109-bed facility providing a wide range of health services to the local community. We are investing in our future with an exciting $38M redevelopment, which will see our Hospital grow to meet the needs of our growing community.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing organizational and administrative support to the General Manager and Director of Nursing
- Executing employment contracts and changes
- Processing applications for accreditation from VMOs through the online e-credentialing system
Essential criteria include:
- Minimum three years' experience in an Executive Assistant role
- TAFE/Certificate – Diploma level qualification in Business Administration or related discipline
- Advanced computer skills in IT systems including MS Office
