We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Stakeholder Engagement Manager to join our team at Troocoo. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior professional to lead stakeholder engagement and communication activities, ensuring alignment with corporate values and regulatory requirements.
About the Role- This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement comprehensive engagement strategies to foster open and transparent relationships with communities, government agencies, and industry stakeholders.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering high-quality communication materials tailored for various audiences, ensuring that all messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with our organisational goals.
- You will navigate complex and evolving issues by applying strong stakeholder management skills, developing strategies for risk mitigation, and providing strategic communications advice to address potential concerns.
- This includes overseeing the preparation of regulatory reports and ensuring compliance with public communications policies, tracking stakeholder engagement activities, and ensuring that all communications meet regulatory requirements.
- In addition, you will actively mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative environment where innovation and creativity are encouraged.
- Develop and implement comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Create and deliver high-quality communication materials.
- Navigate complex and evolving issues through effective stakeholder management.
- Oversee regulatory report preparation and ensure compliance with public communications policies.
- Mentor and guide team members in a collaborative environment.
- Tertiary qualifications in communications, public policy, social sciences, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in stakeholder relations or communications, demonstrating a track record of success in managing complex projects.
- Strong analytical, research, and strategic planning skills to inform decision-making and communication strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and a compliance-focused mindset.
- Proven ability to represent the organisation at external events, functions, and meetings, showcasing diplomacy and effective dispute resolution skills.
