Senior Stakeholder Engagement Manager

Troocoo is seeking a highly skilled Senior Stakeholder Engagement Manager to lead stakeholder engagement and communication activities, ensuring alignment with corporate values and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and implement comprehensive engagement strategies to foster open and transparent relationships with communities, government agencies, and industry stakeholders.
- Communication Development: Create and deliver high-quality communication materials tailored for various audiences, ensuring clear, consistent, and aligned messaging with organizational goals.
- Issue Management: Navigate complex and evolving issues by applying strong stakeholder management skills, developing strategies for risk mitigation, and providing strategic communications advice to address potential concerns.
- Regulatory Oversight: Oversee the preparation of regulatory reports and ensure compliance with public communications policies, tracking stakeholder engagement activities, and ensuring all communications meet regulatory requirements.
- Mentorship: Actively mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative environment where innovation and creativity are encouraged, helping develop the skills of others in the team.
- Crisis Communication: Participate in crisis communications preparedness and management, ensuring the organization is equipped to respond effectively to any challenges that may arise.
Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualifications in communications, public policy, social sciences, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in stakeholder relations or communications, demonstrating a track record of success in managing complex projects.
- Strong analytical, research, and strategic planning skills to inform decision-making and communication strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and a compliance-focused mindset.
- Proven ability to represent the organization at external events, functions, and meetings, showcasing diplomacy and effective dispute resolution skills.
