Leadership Role in Logistics

This is a leadership position within our dynamic and growing organisation. We are a family-owned transport and logistics company, delivering top-tier solutions from modern facilities in Western Australia.

We strive to build strong partnerships and deliver results through our focus on seamless end-to-end logistics services. As a leader in this field, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring safe and efficient delivery. You will communicate with customers to ensure premium service and strong relationships, as well as manage driver compliance, fatigue, safety, and Chain of Responsibility requirements.

The ideal candidate will oversee operational performance and provide timely reporting, lead toolbox meetings, incident investigations, and corrective actions. They will also drive maintenance planning, service schedules, and defect management, while providing visible leadership in-field and supporting drivers to align the team to the company culture.

  • Requirements:
  • Valid WA Driver's Licence - MC Licence preferred.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the logistics or transport industry.
  • Relevant qualification or demonstrated experience in logistics, transport management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Dangerous Goods requirements - DG Licence preferred.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
