**Your new role**

Reporting to the Transport Manager, we have an opportunity available to join our team in Kwinana.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring administrative operations run smoothly and that our service delivery remains seamless and customer focused.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Promote a safety-first culture ensuring commitment to safety, Chain of Responsibility and NHVL.
- Overseeing day to day admin duties
- Being the go-to contact for escalated queries from drivers, clients & internal teams
- Leading the invoice cycle and driver pay processes
- Ensuring accurate and timely data entry & reporting
- Onboarding new customers and drivers into our systems
- Proactive interaction with customers, driver & internal stake holder relationships.
- Assist the Transport Manager in day-to-day operations via administration of Transport operations.
- Coordinate allocation of jobs between company and contract drivers

**To be successful in this opportunity, you will have**:

- Knowledge of Transport & Logistics with experience in a similar role
- Sound knowledge of relevant transport industry codes and NHVL.
- Excellent administration and time management skills.
- An organised and systematic approach to work with a high attention to detail.
- Qualifications in Transport, Business or in a similar field are desirable but not essential.
- Ability to be flexible with work hours.
