**Job description**

Premier People are currently assisting our client, a manufacturing leader, with their requirement for a **PRODUCTION OPERATOR** based in Kwinana.

We are looking for an experienced Machine Operator working with Fixed Plant, to carry out various areas of operation and maintenance with an immediate start.

**Key Responsibilities Include**
- Fixed plant mechanical maintenance, repairs and fault finding to the processing plant.
- General machining skills within, a Manufacturing and Production/Processing background.
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned work floor and equipment.
- Conform to and promote OHS and Safe Working Practices

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**

Compulsory
- Fixed Plant Experience
- Valid WA Driver's License

Preferred
- Previous experience within a manufacturing environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kwinana, WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
