Your new role

Reporting to the Transport Manager, we have an opportunity available to join our team in Kwinana.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring administrative operations run smoothly and that our service delivery remains seamless and customer focused.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Promote a safety-first culture ensuring commitment to safety, Chain of Responsibility and NHVL.
  • Overseeing day to day admin duties
  • Being the go-to contact for escalated queries from drivers, clients & internal teams
  • Leading the invoice cycle and driver pay processes
  • Ensuring accurate and timely data entry & reporting
  • Onboarding new customers and drivers into our systems
  • Proactive interaction with customers, driver & internal stake holder relationships.
  • Assist the Transport Manager in day-to-day operations via administration of Transport operations.
  • Coordinate allocation of jobs between company and contract drivers

To be successful in this opportunity, you will have:

  • Knowledge of Transport & Logistics with experience in a similar role
  • Sound knowledge of relevant transport industry codes and NHVL.
  • Excellent administration and time management skills.
  • An organised and systematic approach to work with a high attention to detail.
  • Qualifications in Transport, Business or in a similar field are desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to be flexible with work hours.
