The Fertiliser team at CBH Group operates a bulk granular and liquid fertiliser import and distribution business across WA.

As we gear up for peak season, we're seeking an Administrator to support the Fertiliser team on a casual basis, located in Kwinana.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and safe receival and weighing of fertiliser, while maintaining clear communication with sites and head office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and timely data entry and documentation that reflects on-ground activities.
  • Communicate efficiently with truck drivers as they arrive, guiding them on parking for sweep-out or weighbridge access.
  • Ensure site hygiene levels are maintained.
  • Provide additional administrative support to the Fertiliser Supervisor as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience in an administrative role, strong teamwork skills, and proficiency in MS Office Suite are essential.
