We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Associate to join our team at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our brokers and partners throughout the loan lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to brokers, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure brokers are supported during the loan application process, providing guidance and advice on our systems, processes, and credit policy.
  • Liaise with internal departments to achieve desired outcomes and provide updates on loan progress.
  • Contribute to portfolio growth by providing proactive support and advice to brokers, helping them to achieve their goals.
  • Monitor and manage inbound queues, ensuring that all queries are responded to promptly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Extensive customer service experience, preferably in a call centre environment.
  • Knowledge of third-party banking lending systems, products, and credit policy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and self-sufficient, with a strong ability to work autonomously.
  • High level of professionalism, with a positive team attitude and willingness to help wherever possible.
  • Strong time management and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
