Customer Experience Representative

Hotel X is looking for a customer-focused individual to join our team. As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be the face of our hotel and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our guests.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and a strong ability to build relationships with our guests. You will be responsible for providing a warm welcome and farewell, as well as supporting any guest needs during their stay.

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our guests
  • Supporting guest needs, including valet parking and concierge services
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy lobby and guest areas
  • Resolving guest issues and using feedback to improve guest satisfaction
Requirements:

We are seeking individuals who have a strong service-oriented mindset, resilience, and flexibility. Familiarity with luxury service or similar high-level customer-focused industries is highly valued.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends
