You will operationalise, review and update the SAMF, report on strategic performance and contribute to improved asset performance.

As an Asset Strategist, you will communicate with internal business units and external stakeholders about the SAMF, align activities across the business with the SAMF and contribute to related strategies, business plans, policies, procedures and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the SAMF, including its operationalisation, review and update.
  • Report on strategic performance and contribute to improved asset performance.
  • Communicate with internal business units and external stakeholders about the SAMF.
  • Align activities across the business with the SAMF.
  • Contribute to related strategies, business plans, policies, procedures and guidelines.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in asset management, business, real estate, land economics, development, valuation, urban planning or equivalent.
