Asset Management Professional

This role is key to ensuring data integrity, documentation, and reporting requirements are met in support of the Asset Management Plan.

The Asset Coordinator will assist the Asset Manager in delivering high-quality outcomes that support essential services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update the site asset register to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Support integration of new assets, asset disposal records, and lifecycle tagging.
  • Provide data and document preparation for lifecycle planning and condition audits.
  • Assist the Maintenance Planner with inputting and reviewing PPM schedules.
  • Support internal audits by preparing required documentation and registers.

Requirements:

  • Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field (desirable).
  • Experience using Asset Management Systems (e.g., QFM, CMMS).
  • Experienced in the management and delivery of FM projects and building works including estimating, programming, and planning.
  • Experience in planning and development of annual budgets and programs.
  • Experience in planning and development of Asset Maintenance Plans across multiple sites and varied asset types.
