Building Operations Manager Role

As a seasoned professional in building operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of commercial assets. Your primary goal will be to ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction by managing building systems, maintenance, and tenant relations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain building systems, including HVAC, electrical, fire, and security
  • Oversee contractor performance and ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Develop and implement tenant retention strategies
  • Monitor and manage property data (Energy, Water, and Waste)
  • Develop standard documentation procedures
  • Procure contractors for PPM contracts and various projects
  • Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed
Requirements:
  • Experience in managing multi-story commercial assets and their systems
  • Strong knowledge of building services, including fire systems and building intelligence
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proactive, achievement-oriented approach with a can-do attitude
