**Strategic Asset Manager**

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of Asset Managers, providing quality asset data to internal and external stakeholders.
- Establish asset registers, oversee Asset Management Plans.
- Implement and manage auditing programs.
- Conduct Asset Criticality Assessments and implement necessary controls.
- Ensure plans align with strategies and KPI targets.
- Produce Method of Work Plans.
- Upskilling team members.
- Assist in performance management and enhancement.
- Monthly reporting.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar Strategic Asset Manager role in a large enterprise.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Experience in asset management.
- Proficient in strategic asset management tools/systems (SAP, Tririga, Maximo, etc.).
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Asset Management, or Business (highly regarded).
- Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong knowledge of Australian Standards.
- Exceptional commercial acumen related to asset lifecycles.
