Develop and implement strategic asset management plans that drive business outcomes.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the development and implementation of our asset management strategies, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing and maintaining financially sustainable data-driven asset management systems, including accurate condition, GIS, and financial data.

This role is responsible for managing the asset register, coordinating annual renewal planning, and overseeing 10-year investment programs.

The successful applicant will provide expert advice and reporting on asset performance and lifecycle management, driving system improvements and process documentation.

We require someone with tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Asset Management, or a related discipline, as well as proven experience in developing asset management plans and managing asset systems.

Strong skills in GIS and asset data analysis, capitalization, asset valuation, and long-term investment planning are essential.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills are required, along with strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines is critical, as is being proactive, flexible, and committed to continuous improvement.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, experience with Technology One is desirable.
